Telephone Support
Our telephone counsellors are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to listen, support and help you. This service provides you with an opportunity to explore your needs. Where appropriate, a further telephone based counselling session can be scheduled at a time convenient for you. A face to face meeting may be arranged at one of our locations convenient to your work or home.
